QuantiVirus™ HPV Detection Kit

Descriptions:HPV causes cervical cancer, the second biggest cause of female cancer mortality worldwide. Reliable diagnosis with the HPV test using our QuantiVirus kits, the first RNA based test directly from Pap smear without sample purifications, target amplifications and RT-PCR for HPV, contributes to avoiding false positive or negative results and preventing millions of women worldwide to be exposed to what is today’s most avoidable cancer.

In QuantiVirus HPV assay, HPV mRNAs are hybridized to DNA oligo probes which are specially designed to cover the high-risk and low-risk subtypes. DNA-mRNA hybrids are amplified and detected by a chemiluminescent system. In this assay, there are several advantage:
(1) Higher specificity : The special probes design avoid cross reactivity with HPV types not included in the probe mix resulting in false-negative and false-positive results.
(2) Better stability: the DNA oligo probes and amplifier oligos are more stable than RNA probes.
(3) The simpler sample requirement: there is no strict requirement for sample source, you can get sample from fresh cervical cell or residual sample of liquid-based pap test even with samples as old as 48 days.
(4) Better sensitivity: The detect limitation is 200copy/assay. We set the cut-off at 1000copy mRNA/assay.
(5) Simplicity: The assay is easy and no special laboratory requirement.
(6)Flexibility: Individual HPV subtypes can be differentiated, therefore, different subtype diagnostic kit can be formulated for different customer.
(7) Economy: The unused part of assay plate could be used if the plate cover was sealed well.
(8) Simple equipment: Our special QuantiVirus luminometer is affordable and can serve for different level hospitals with friendly user interface.

QuantiDNA™ DNA marker Detection Kit

Descriptions: QuantiDNA  is a signal amplification nucleic acid probe assay for the quantitation of human circulating DNA marker in the plasma, serum or whole blood (low sample input of 10ul) of IR-patients within 2 hours. The QuantiDNA assay is intended to aid the management of radiation dosage for cancer patients.
