The QuantiDNA™ cfDNA Extraction Kit is a research-use-only (RUO) product used for cell-free DNA (cfDNA) extraction from human plasma. Although not tested, the product may be used for serum, urine, or animal plasma. Users should validate the extraction kit before using this product for other matrices. The extracted cfDNA can be used for quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) assays or other downstream applications.
