The Palm F Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer emits light as a result of the antigen-antibody binding in the cassette causing the attached substrate to fluoresce, resulting in a photoelectric signal the strength of which correlates to the number of fluorescent molecules. The strength of the photoelectric signal is then converted to the concentration of the biomarker.

Simple Operation and Rapid Results

Add 2 μl of blood sample using the supplied pipette to dilution buffer and mix well for 30 seconds
Drop 80 μl of mixture vertically into the well in the cassette
